The festive mass of the Our Lady of Madu wayside shrine was held by Rev. Fr. Shamira Nirosh Cooray (Parish Priest) together with the presence of area devotees as well as zonal members.

After the Holy mass the devotees took the statue Our Lady of Madu along the decorated streets and was welcomed by people of the area as fire crackers were lit in every corner. Reaching back to the shrine Rev. Fr. Shamira Nirosh concluded the event by giving the final blessing.
