Maundy Thursday services were conducted throughout the Parish. Churches throughout the parish (Rawatawatte, Lunawa, Angulana, and Soysapura) conducted masses at the same time. After the Traditional washing of the feet the parishioners were given blessed Bread. The Holy Hours were conducted from 11.00PM to 12.00 Midnight and was given a blessing from the Eucharist.
