New year midnight masses were conducted throughout the Parish simultaneously starting with the Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament at 11.45PM and the traditional "Kiri Ethiri Weema" thereafter at 12.00 Midnight.

Fr. Freddie Shanthi Kumar (Coordinator for Formation of Youth, Y.C.S.,Children & Vocation - Colombo South Region), Rev. Fr. Tyronne Perera, Rev. Fr. Kasun Fernando, Rev. Fr. Neil were chief celebrants at masses.

After mass, the traditional "Ganu Denu" was done.
